Chuck Yenkner is a veteran of over 30 years in the dental industry. He began his career at The J.M. Ney Company where his first assignment included learning dental technology in the company laboratory. He subsequently worked his way through positions in the international department, marketing, and USA sales, ultimately achieving the position of Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ney International. Chuck has also served as Vice President of Sales for Degussa-Ney Director of Sales for Dentsply Ceramco, and Director of Business Development for Dentsply Lab Divisions. Along the way Chuck also worked for an Electronics Marketing firm and in distribution as Vice President of Dental Lab Discount Supply (DLDS).
He currently is the founder and President of Business Development Associates, a firm dedicated to helping dental companies of all types grow their sales and profits. His clients have included DTI Dental Technologies Incorporated, a 15-laboratory group, Whip Mix Corp, Dedeco, The Identalloy Council, Argen Corporation and numerous other Dental Laboratories.
Chuck has been and remains active in many dental associations and organizations. He is a an affiliate member of the Connecticut Dental Lab Association, NADL, a past member of the American Dental Trade Association and the Dental Manufacturers of America where he served on the Lab Relations Committee. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Identalloy/IdentCeram.
Chuck has a BA degree in History from Gettysburg College and a Masters of Science degree in Business from Rensselear Polytec. In addition he has completed numerous technical and professional development courses including The AMA’s Principles of Professional Salesmanship and The Wilson Corporation’s Managing Human Performance.
