His training at Pankey inspired him to develop his Functional Build-up Technique; a highly detailed and accurate, yet incredibly efficient porcelain building technique based upon the “Form Follows Function” philosophy. The technique can be applied to any laboratory situation, regardless of size, and has a very short learning curve. He also lectures on color, advanced porcelain techniques, dentist-laboratory communication, preparation design, all-ceramics, and laboratory efficiency.
